By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

We sell physical goods as described on our website. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.

4. Orders
When you place an order:

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.

This does not mean your order has been accepted.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

We accept payment via methods provided at checkout.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
6. Delivery
We deliver FREE within 20km of the garden centre. Estimated delivery times are 3 - 5 day.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier issues - where relevant

Incorrect delivery details provided by you

Events outside our control
Risk passes to you upon delivery.
7. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To cancel, you must notify us in writing via email to info@paviliongardencentre.co.uk and:

You must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.

Returns will be arranged for faulty items.

The cost to return unwanted items lies with you, the customer. We will discuss available options on a case by case basis.
